I utilize a humanistic approach to counselling where clients are valued as the experts of their own journey. With interventions inspired by mindfulness and strength building, I am passionate about creating a judgement-free space for any and all individuals. As an integrated counsellor, I tailor unique theories and approaches to best suit the client and work collaboratively to ensure that each client’s personal needs are fulfilled.
